We are at a pivotal moment with 5 generations working together in the workforce—Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and now Generation Z are all vying for their slice of the pie. How do the communication and work styles differ between them? What are the best ways to communicate with a boss who is younger or older than you? This session will offer candidate discussions about the differences between generations, how to best use those differences to work collaboratively together, and what is on the horizon for workplace cultures such as flex days, telecommuting and more.
*This session will repeat at 1:45PM.
