Forward-thinking leaders must deal with change on a constant basis while being a positive example for those who follow them. David shows how to break personal barriers and say “yes” to change rather than resist it. He motivates leaders to see limitations as possibilities and to find inspiration and empowerment in a changing professional environment, and to inspire those they lead to embrace change. Through stories, humor, and practical examples, he illustrates the three primary strengths of leaders who gain the most from changing times: Adaptation, Imagination, and Communication.
