This session will provide a review of key approaches, concepts, and best practices required to ensure management of the ever-increasing risks posed to the resiliency of organizations from their Third Party providers.

Key topics will be explored to assist participants in understanding risk management techniques and the importance of managing the resiliency threats from expanded third-party utilization by organizations to support mission critical processing functions and application technologies. The session will also review the increased regulatory focus and directions for third party oversight within the financial industry and impacts to IT service providers

About Geno Pandolfi

Geno Pandolfi, has been the Executive Director of US Bancorp’s Enterprise Readiness Services  for  over 6 years, and appointed Chief Continuity Officer in 2015. He was accountable for Business Continuity/DR Programs, Capacity Planning, and Crisis Management across the global footprint. Geno has 40 years experience in BCP/DR, Operational Risk Management, Infrastructure, and Software Delivery management. Prior to US Bancorp, he was of President of Group InfoTech, an Operational Risk Software and Consulting firm. He holds an MBA in Management Science from Fordham University, and is a Certified Business Continuity Lead Auditor, and has authored several industry articles on Resiliency.
