About Jamie Anderson
Jamie Anderson is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI). For the past eight years, she has worked in business continuity and disaster recovery at Target Corporation and is currently a Senior Business Partner on the Global Continuity and Resiliency team. Jamie provides subject matter expertise and consulting for critical business functions and technology platforms across Target and works with teams to mature their recovery posture by identifying and assessing risk, documenting continuity plans, and performing exercises. Jamie recently developed and implemented Resiliency Scoring for the company’s Business Continuity Plans in order to aid in assessing plan contents and to provide a roadmap for plan maturity. This is an exciting initiative that is enhancing engagement, visibility, and compliance within the Target Continuity Program.
About Anna Olson

Anna Olson is a CBCP certified Business Partner with the Global Continuity and Resiliency (GCR) team at Target Corporation. Anna has served as a subject matter expert and provides leadership in developing and exercising plans to mitigate the impact of potential business disruptions at Target. Through her focus on planner engagement, Anna developed the global GCR training program, co-led the program lifecycle through Assess, Planning, Exercising and Mature phases, provided recovery support and continuation efforts during business disruption events, integrated new Canada teams into the program lifecycle. Recently Anna developed an online community to provide a forum for Target planners to connect, ask questions, share ideas and provide recognition. She is also the co-host of an innovative new program dubbed Morning Latte which incorporates a talk–show format style of training that appeals to partners across the organization and focuses on planner engagement.
