About Cheryl Evans
Cheryl Evans, Assistant Vice President – Recruiting Manager at U.S. Bank. After joining U.S. Bank in September 2016, Cheryl has been a recruiting leader within Information Technology, specializing in Information Security and most recently transitioning to lead talent acquisition within a newly created Digital Technologies team. Over the last 2 years Cheryl also served on several boards and committees including being a co-chair for the Women of TOS (Technology & Operations Service) Professional Development committee, striving to advance opportunities for women in technology careers. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Cheryl had worked with Trinity Industries in Dallas, TX for over 5 years on the Corporate Talent Acquisition team in the areas of both Campus and Executive Recruiting. Cheryl has a degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from the University of Minnesota, Mankato and over the span of her 20-year career, has been passionate about driving technology to grow business and enabling people to work to the best of their potential through employee development, strategic planning, and talent management.
About Kristen Kodet
Kristen graduated college with her bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University – Mankato where she immediately started working for Wells Fargo. She worked there for 3 years making her way to Store Manager when she decided to follow her passion and her education and made the leap as a Recruiting Coordinator with C.H. Robinson. While at C.H. Robinson, after about a year she was promoted to a National Recruiter where my focus was campus recruiting. She then was recruited to work for Wilson HCG out of Tampa Bay, FL as a Sales Recruiter and worked there for 3 ½ years. Now, she is focused in Information Security Recruiter with U.S. Bank. She has been with U.S. Bank for almost 2 years.
