Capitalizing on her diverse skillset, she specializes in building large-scale strategic programs related to information security (cybersecurity) and other critical functions in IT that focus on alignment with the business.
About Laurie Rupe
Laurie Rupe has over 16 years of diverse experiences in Supply Chain, Project Management, IT and Cyber Security at General Mills, Inc. which have served her well in her past 2 Security roles as a Business Security Manager and Cyber Security Risk and Insider Threat Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University.
About Mercedes Cox
Mercedes Cox joined Target in 2011 and is currently a Principal Engineer on Target’s Cyber Security team. In this role, she focuses on driving enterprise solutions to the risks Target faces from external adversaries. Prior to her current role, Mercedes held roles in security architecture, cloud security, and application security at Target. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and a Master of Science in Security Technologies from the University of Minnesota.
